ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE MANAGER
It will be evaluated for our Adana Seyhan Office.
Our company, which specializes in Industrial Facilities Electrical Contracting, will take responsibility to be assigned in our Adana office, coordinate the financial structure and accounting management of our company and take initiative... We are looking for an Accounting Manager colleague who graduated from the Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc. departments of the University.
- To fulfill the company's obligations before ministries, tax offices, enforcement offices, social security institution, customs, chambers, provincial directorates, unions and other official institutions, to represent the company and to make official correspondence if necessary,
- Taking an active role in company audits and ensuring that the company is always ready for audit,
- Develop accounting strategies, processes and organization in line with the company's goals and strategies,
- Managing accounting operations within the framework of legal regulations
- Monitoring the Company's tax and other legal financial obligations
- Managing the process of preparing, analyzing and reporting financial statements
- Managing relations with relevant official institutions in accounting processes
- Monitoring and controlling the work done by the team under him/her
- Improving processes and control techniques,
- Preparation of Full Attestation and Independent audit requirements
- 10 years of experience in Financial Affairs and at least 5 years of experience in management,
- Knowledge of E-invoice, E-ledger, E-Archive applications,
- English speaking,
- Have a good command of Financial Legislation, be able to follow current legislative changes regularly
- Preferably knowledgeable about International Accounting Standards and Reporting,
- Experienced in import and export issues,
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong business follow-up skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset,
- Preferably with a Certified Public Accountant Financial Advisor certificate,
- Preferably with experience in Contracting companies,
- Residing in Adana Seyhan region
- To be assigned in our Seyhan office in Adana.
